Maximize MTU and RECEIVE WINDOW Registry settings
for broadband internet connections.
(You must have csript.exe in a system path..)

1. Open the link at the bottom of this page after reading the instructions.
2. Check - Run this program from its current location
   When the dialogue box opens.

You will see the following warning that I have built into the program. 

3. Press OK and follow any instructions that you are given.
